PVC insulated power cable
 
PVC has long been used as insulation and external heating material. Because PVC has a certain degree of flame retardancy, and has oil and chemical resistance properties, many suitable applications have been found, including low power and control applications. Generally, they are two types of PVC, general-purpose and heat-resistant PVC, and the maximum conductor temperature is 70°C and 90°C, respectively.
 
PVC insulated cables are used for power distribution, building wires, equipment wiring, flexible wires and machine tool wiring. Insulating materials and sheaths made of PVC have many desirable properties, making them the first choice for insulating and sheathing materials for many common applications. These properties include flexibility, temperature resistance, resistance to adverse environments and low cost.
 
PVC insulated cables can be manufactured with or without armor, including a cable with a reduced neutral and a phase-to-phase voltage of 1000 volts. Conductors mainly used for ordinary annealed copper are also available, and other conductors such as tinned copper and aluminum are also available, and can be provided on request.

PVC insulated power cables are suitable for transmission and distribution systems with a rated voltage of 0.6/1kV. For fixed installation in the open air, buried directly in the cable trough. Steel tape armored (STA) cables can withstand mechanical forces, but cannot withstand large tensile forces. Steel armored (SWA) cables can withstand mechanical and tensile forces.
