MICC Heavy Duty Mineral Insulated Cable 1000V Fire Resistance Cable

 

Description

 

Mineral insulated copper cables (MICC), also know as pyro cables, deliver the ultimate operating performance under fire conditions and provide circuit integrity to safety critical applications such as emergency lighting and fire alarm systems in temperatures of up to 950oC, a temperature which tends to exceed that recorded in most fires.

 

Advantages of Mineral Insulated Cables

 

Since all the materials of this cable are inorganic, it has some advantages that other cables cannot have, such as, fire prevention, high current carrying capacity, resistance to mechanical damage, non-toxic, non-halogen, explosion-proof, waterproof, corrosion resistance, long life, safety, overload resistance, high temperature resistance, low cost, small bending radius, anti-ant, anti-rat bite, copper sheath used as a protective grounding wire and so on.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

Cable is supplied in wooden reels, corrugated boxes and coils. Cable ends are sealed with BOPP self-adhesive tape and non-hygroscopic sealing caps to protect the cable ends from moisture. The required marking shall be printed with a weather-proof material on the outsides of drum according to customer's requirement.
